Refund Request Window

• Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the original payment before order.
• Requests received after the 5 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

Our team will promptly review your request and make every effort to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a 100% refund if:

• We are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction despite reasonable efforts.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Not complete payments made by the school issues with your device, teaching staff understanding or internet connection.
• Violation or misuse of our terms and conditions and other extra service demands.
• Refund requests made after the 5 days period.

Refund Process

• Once your refund is approved, it will be initiated immediately.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• If the original payment method is not available for refund, we will coordinate with you to provide an alternative solution.
